Abstract :

Some of you must have experienced problems when conducting transactions cash withdrawal at
an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) where the transaction was approved by the ATM machine
but the money does not come out and actually cut off your balance. This of course makes us
uneasy, especially if nominal withdrawal transaction is large enough. Cause the money is not out
of the ATM machine, which can be caused by interference with the ATM machine or a
communication breakdown between the ATM machine or server system located in the Central
